New Stuff Inside: Recent Acquisitions in the VHS Collection

February 22, 2014   |   Time: 10:30 AM -12:00 PM

A piece of Styrofoam molding used to transform the Virginia State Capitol into the White House, “Lady Luck’s” magic wand, and a World War II–era Norden bombsite have all found a permanent home at the VHS during the past year. Take a look at these and some other new society residents—many of which have never been on public display—with your behind the scenes pass.

Reservations are required and may be made on the VHS website or in the VHS Museums Shop.

Tours take place from 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and cost $10 for VHS members and $17 for nonmembers.
